• Specifically designed to work as a boiler in Building Services heating applications. Non standard models can also be specified to heat swimming pools.
• Range of loadings from 12kW to 60kW, three phase. Units can be linked in parallel or series to obtain higher outputs.
• Available in Mild Steel or Copper vessels. Suitable for use in open systems (copper) and closed systems (copper or mild steel).
• Fitted with FE (fixed rod element type) heaters.
• The enclosure can be rated to IP41 or IP55.
• The shell is insulated with glass fibre insulation protected with a robust Plastisol casing.
• All standard models are fitted with a control thermostat and over-temperature safety thermostat.
• Nicalloy 825 elements with watts densities less than 9 W/cm² (60 W/In²) offering improved corrosion reistance to very hard or aggressive waters. Reduced watts densities are available for alternative applications.
• All units are fitted with a pressure releif valve as standard.
• Suitable for either stage control or thyristor control.
• Maximum working pressure of 6 Bar.
• Despatch - stock models 3 to 5 working days. All other models approximately 4 to 5 working weeks.
