Where a replacement for an existing Howden product is required, please supply the list number and serial number. The format for the serial number is a letter followed by 4 numbers, e.g. D2918. The serial number may also be stamped onto the flange of the heater. Please note that domestic products do not have serial numbers.
If you are unaware of the product list number or require a non-standard or custom product please provide as much information as possible.
The following information, if available, is normally very useful: description of application, kW loading, voltage, single phase or three phase supply, boss / flange fixing details, electrical enclosure IP rating, immersed length available, operating temperature, medium being heated, volume being heated, temperature control arrangements, requirements for control equipment.
